Production department is responsible for wind turbine's assembly

Responsibilities
- Accept the pre-training and get the know-how for the assembly operations during the training term
- Have the ability to do whole assembly processes, which are focused by him/herself and try to reach the same level that our source factory colleagues have already owned
- Responsible for production work instruction update and translation
- Responsible for new employee training including safety, quality and process operation
- Responsible for production process improvement
- Support production supervisor on line as a team leader for safety and quality control, on- time delivery and people coordination
- Coordinate with production support team to solve related process issues, such as tooling, equipment and BOM
Qualifications
- Education of three-years college or above, major in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
- Working experience in mechanical or electrical assembly
- Verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Proficient computer skills at Microsoft office
Competencies
- Working ability and will for hand working
- Good coordination and communication skills
