As a Corporate Communications Content Specialist (m/f/x) you will lead corporate communication campaigns and projects; both internal and external. You can manage, create, and distribute (technology & innovation related) content (copy & visual) and have communications project management skills.

What will your tasks be?
Content Management
- You produce engaging, consistent, and high-quality content every day (articles, blogs, social media posts) – you write, coordinate and / or edit and decide on the approval to promote strategic themes among internal and external audiences.
- You will research and script content, presentations, infographics & interactive design to develop effective messages for audio-visual communications.
- You identify topics for visual and creative storytelling, to magnify Siemens’ visibility on key topics.
- You bridge various digital contact points, with a particular focus on traffic drivers such as social media advertising and search engine advertising.
- You measure the effect of communication; you define and monitor KPIs, including analysis and interpretation of data and you leverage understanding of data and insights of communication.
Employee communication
- You are responsible for end-to-end ideation, conceptualization and creation of employee engagement programs, internal events/campaigns through various channels (print, face-to-face, email, company website, brochures, posters, flyers, intranet).
- You contribute to the development of strategies and advises senior managers in creating and refining key employee messages, speeches, and presentations.
- You oversee and manage all day-to-day internal communication
- You act as advisor in all Employee Communications related issues.
- You ensure consistency with the overall Communications strategy.
Who are you?
- You hold a degree in marketing and/or communications (or equivalent).
- In addition, you have professional experience in communication projects and have relevant knowledge in the field of employee communication and content management.
- You have affinity with new technologies and marketing tools (social media, basic office/communication tools, Adobe, Graphic Design tools …).
- You are eager to learn and have strong communication and planning skills.
- You are fluent in English, French and/or Dutch with at least a basic understanding of the other language.
- You have the ability to forge strong relationships with other functions.
- You bring in creative ideas, have excellent conception, production & delivery skills, and you are able to bring stories visually alive.
- You are capable of producing compelling, persuasive and authoritative communications on a wide variety of subjects (well versed in visual storytelling, incl. storyboarding and scripting).
- Being able to create images and infographics for websites, blogs and social media channels is a plus.
