with Establish a good information communication channel for key customers, explore the concepts of healthcare professionals (HCP), and deliver professional medical/disease/product information
deliver science in the corresponding disease field Progress, promote doctors to formulate standardized treatment plans
Transfer key information of Roche products, improve awareness of Roche products, and collect feedback

Discipline construction
Understand the hospital's existing disease diagnosis and treatment paths and expert diagnosis and treatment concepts and processes Sort out the pain points in the relevant treatment departments and diagnosis and treatment processes Through the establishment of head hospital exchanges or cross-hospital training and education conferences, doctors/department education gradually build standardized diagnosis and treatment Platform
Plan Management
Plan the academic promotion plan of the corresponding ecosystem, and negotiate with colleagues to reach the final plan , and implement it.
1. Organize and support regional expert meetings
2. Understand doctors' concepts, needs, and meeting arrangements formulate meeting and coverage plans implement meeting plans return visits to collect feedback
3. Reasonably formulated according to company regulations
Standardized diagnosis and treatment and disease management
Promote the transformation of experts' diagnosis and treatment concept and behavior, realize standardized diagnosis and treatment and patient solution manager collaboration, pay attention to and promote the whole process management of disease field and optimization of treatment plan

Become an expert in the product and disease area Provide coaching and support to new team members
