We are looking for a Key Account Manager to maintain and grow our relationships with key clients. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic account plans, building long-lasting relationships with our clients, and driving revenue growth. Our ideal candidate has a strong network of contacts with major players in the industry and is experienced in managing large, complex accounts.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all account-related matters;
  • Create and implement strategic account plans, setting objectives and identifying opportunities for growth;
  • Conduct regular account reviews with clients to ensure their needs are being met, and to identify areas for improvement;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are being met, and that projects are being delivered on time and within budget;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to clients as needed;
  • Manage and track account metrics, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and retention.

What We Look For (Requirements):

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, with a proven track record of managing large, complex accounts;
  • Established a network of contacts with major players in the mobile marketing industry;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels;
  • Proactive and results-driven, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and drive revenue;
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability;
  • Excellent written and spoken communication;
  • Advanced English proficiency;
  • Ability to research, analyze, and structure information;
  • Great leadership skills.

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
