We are looking for a Key Account Manager to maintain and grow our relationships with key clients. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic account plans, building long-lasting relationships with our clients, and driving revenue growth. Our ideal candidate has a strong network of contacts with major players in the industry and is experienced in managing large, complex accounts.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all account-related matters;
- Create and implement strategic account plans, setting objectives and identifying opportunities for growth;
- Conduct regular account reviews with clients to ensure their needs are being met, and to identify areas for improvement;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are being met, and that projects are being delivered on time and within budget;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to clients as needed;
- Manage and track account metrics, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and retention.
What We Look For (Requirements):
- 5+ years of experience in account management, with a proven track record of managing large, complex accounts;
- Established a network of contacts with major players in the mobile marketing industry;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels;
- Proactive and results-driven, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and drive revenue;
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability;
- Excellent written and spoken communication;
- Advanced English proficiency;
- Ability to research, analyze, and structure information;
- Great leadership skills.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
